To create a baseline press Make Baseline, select the Practitioner creating the baseline and a Start date. These defaut to the patient's dentist and today's date.
Assign Tooth State
Left click on a tooth to bring up the states menu. Navigate to desired state and left click. Right clicking on another tooth automatically copies the last selection.
Preset Tooth States
For ease of use PearlPlus is loaded with five presets: Infant, Deciduous, 6ED321 (Mixed Dentition), Adult and Edentulous.
Work Flow
As this is a baseline, no treatment can be proposed or performed.
Close Baseline
When finished press Close Baselineand enter today's date.
Add Clinical Notes
Don't forget to add clinical notes in this section.
