Recalls/Reminders Tool

The Recalls - Traditional and Recalls - Reminders buttons can be used to send reminder messages to patients.
 
Traditional Recalls are sent to patients who are due an appointment in the given date range and do not have a future appointment.
Reminders are sent to patients who have an existing appointment in the given date range.

Setup Templates/Recall Tools

 
 
This section allows you to alter the recall or reminder templates for Mail, Email and Text. The two tools at the top help to set up a recall list.
 
The left hand button copies all "07" numbers from Home Phone and Work Phone into the Mobile field.
 
The Recall By Tool automatically pupulates all Recall By fields in the selected order provided the patient has a valid entry in that field.
 
 
 
Start New removes the current template and replaces it, with a blank template for email/SMS messages or the Master Template for letters. See Creating a Mailmerge for details on altering your templates and editing the master template. Reset to Default restores that template to the default.

Date Range

For recalls the recall date is calculated as Last Treatment End/Start plus the Dentist Recall Months.

Calculate Numbers

Once you are happy with the filter press Calculate Numbers First. To change these filters and re-calculate the settings press Change Settings. The system will calculate numbers based on patients Recall By field

List Patients

The phone recall list creates a list of patients with their phone numbers who need to be called directly. The Mail/Email/Text Lists preveiw all patients about to be texted, emailed or mailed. To create a new mailmerge click the relevant button. You will be prompted before you send an email or text.
