Day check in screen

 
This screen shows all today's appointments in chronological order. It is a useful summary for the day, and also allows receptionists and dentists to quickly change patients' Arrived Status by double clicking the patient.

Select Practitioner

Select practitioner, leave blank to display all.

Goto Patient button

Snap to selected patient's Patient Record.

Goto Pat. Charting button

 Snap to selected patient's Charting and Clinical Notes.

Start quick view button

 
A useful tool for surgeries, the quick view shows all patients waiting for the selected dentist. Double clicking a patient sets their status to IN SURGERY.

Fire report button

The Fire Report lists all patients who are currently Marked HERE or IN SURGERY.

Check List button

 
The Daily Check List is a useful tool, especially for new users of PearlPlus, for ensuring no important tasks get missed day to day.
 
For each patient with an appointment today it shows quickly if:
 
  • A new clinical note has been added for the patient.
  • The course of treatment has been left open.
  • An FP17 has been created and signed.
  • Any treatment has been billed today.
  • Payment has been taken.
  • Another appointment is present for the patient for further treatment or next checkup.
