This report shows the total number of payments to the selected hygenist, broken down by each patient's registered dentist, in the selected date range.
Deleted Patients
The Deleted Patients report shows the list of all deleted patients along with their full details, deleted accounts, appointments and any linked documents. Remember that a patient can not be deleted if they have important clinical or financial data associated with their record.

The Accounts tab shows all deleted accounts:
The Appointments tab shows all appointments for the deleted patient:
The Documents tab shows all associated documents for the selected deleted patient.
Deleted Accounts
Shows all accounts and transactions deleted in the specified date range, including which user deleted the account.
Practice Working Hours
The Practice Working Hours report shows all practitioner working hours for the selected time period. Days with a part day holiday booked are marked with an asterisk.
File Search Tool
The File Search Tool searches the PearlPlus documents folder for files created or modified in during the selected date or time ranges.
Select a field and use the filters to find particular records. Double clicking on a file will open it. To print a list of files in the current filter select the relevant option from Print List.
Search Notes
The Search Notestool allows you to search Patient Notes, Medical Notes, Clinical Notes etc. from the specified date range for specific words or phrases.
